You need permission for *everything* you use that you did not make (with the exception of certain stock images, but always read the usage rules). Chances are if it's a paid piece of work, you will not get permission to use it.

Purchasing the wall/image does not include/enable alteration and distribution rights....that is controlled by copyright, not purchase....

It was just the same statement made back to your friend Bebi ..which she put as a comment on the wall I submitted...if the wall was incorrect/not approved she being as you claim intelligent cld have suggested .. pls take the wall off and I cld have done that....... also look at the beginning of the topic it was a clarification I was asking for.....
